1. সেবার পরিসীমা
SevenSeaIT ওয়েব ডিজাইন, ডেভেলপমেন্ট, ডিজিটাল মার্কেটিং, সফটওয়্যার সল্যুশন, সার্ভার সেটআপ ও অন্যান্য আইটি সেবা প্রদান করে। সেবার বিস্তারিত চুক্তিপত্র বা প্যাকেজ অনুযায়ী আলাদা হতে পারে।

2. ব্যবহারকারীর দায়িত্ব
আপনি যে কোনো তথ্য প্রদান করবেন তা হতে হবে সত্য ও সঠিক।

প্রতিটি প্রোজেক্টের সময়সীমা এবং সংশোধন সংখ্যা চুক্তি অনুযায়ী নির্ধারিত।

অতিরিক্ত সংশোধনের জন্য আলাদা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

5. রিফান্ড ও ক্যানসেলেশন
একবার কাজ শুরু হলে বা প্রোজেক্ট ডেলিভারি হলে রিফান্ডের সুযোগ নেই।

কাস্টমারের অনুরোধে প্রোজেক্ট বাতিল করা হলে প্রক্রিয়াজাত খরচ কেটে রাখা হবে।

6. বৌদ্ধিক সম্পত্তি (Intellectual Property)
SevenSeaIT কর্তৃক তৈরিকৃত কোড, ডিজাইন, এবং কনটেন্ট SevenSeaIT-এর মালিকানাধীন থাকবে, যদি না আলাদাভাবে হস্তান্তরের চুক্তি করা হয়।

7. দায় পরিহার (Liability Disclaimer)
আমরা সর্বোচ্চ মানের সেবা নিশ্চিত করার চেষ্টা করি, তবে কোনো প্রকার সফটওয়্যার বাগ, সার্ভার ডাউন বা থার্ড পার্টি সমস্যার জন্য SevenSeaIT দায়ী নয়।
